The PFAS Armor™ ALT Mono Media system is a complete, ready-to-use system that reduces PFAS (PFOA/PFOS) in water by 95%*. The PFAS Armor™ ALT Mono Media system also reduces sediment and improves taste and odour in household water.

WHAT IS PFAS Armor™ ALT Mono Media System?

Atlas Filtri's PFAS system includes a container in which a 1 micron, 4.5" OD, 20" activated carbon cartridge is inserted. This solution reduces PFAS* in household water while reducing chlorine, unwanted odours and tastes, sediment and thus improving the taste, odour and quality of household water.

The filtration unit can be installed at the entry point of a house to handle flow rates of up to 1800 l/h. It is designed to withstand a maximum pressure of 8.3 bar at 45°C (113°F).

WHAT ARE PFAS?

PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances) are a family of chemical compounds used in numerous industrial and consumer products for their non-stick, water-repellent and heat-resistant properties. They are known as 'eternal chemicals' because they are highly stable and difficult to degrade in the environment.
